Before I worked with Leslie I worked with two other realtors. Leslie is an all around realtor. I am pretty new to Jacksonville and Leslie was willing to show me properties in several different cities without restrictions which was perfect for me because it allowed me to get to know Jacksonville a little better. I also requested a realtor that was not pushy or in a rush for a sale. I needed a realtor with patience. Leslie had the patience to allow me to choose a home not just push me to buy any home The previous realtors were not as patient and just wanted me to buy a home just for the sake of the sale. Leslie is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the job and if she doesn't know the answer she will go above and beyond to find the answer. I absolutely enjoyed working with Leslie and would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

We had multiple offers within 24 hours of putting house on market - much credit due to Leslie for her wonderful sense of color (I was drowning in color paint strip samples and contractors the day I met Leslie....she jumped in and said let me help and she ran to Home Depot - my savior!!) Leslie is wonderful. As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions and concerns about the process. Leslie answered every single question I had. She was always reachable by phone and had a prompt response time. It was very clear that she only had my interests in mind and wanted the very best for me. I called numerous times, at all hours of the day, with questions outside of the scope of her job, and she always responded quickly and found the answers and did everything she could to help me. She was there every step of the way. For example, during the walk through she spotted some cabinet defaults and asked that they be fixed for us. Normally, I would have never even noticed such a thing until it was too late. She is personable, funny and genuine. She makes the homebuying experience fun!
