I have been a Realtor since 1993. I love showing houses, but I am most interested in serving my clients and their individual wants and needs. I know that a home is a place of memories for people and I honor all the emotions people go thru as they sell their home. I also value buyers as they embark on the journey of finding the right home for themselves. I pay attention to what they say (and don't say) and reflect back to them so together we can discern the right home for them. I like to be involved in all aspects of a transaction and be in constant contact with my client so they know exactly what is going on. As with life, there can be surprises. I feel I am good at negotiating conflict and coming to a solution that is right for my client.
