When looking back, I have come to appreciate that every step in my unique journey has helped to build the rock-solid foundation I stand on today. From a young age, Dedication, Discipline, and Endurance are what emboldened me to receive a BFA in Dance from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts. I went on to enjoy a long and successful dance career performing with Contemporary Dance Companies which afforded me the opportunity to travel, live, and experience the world. As maturity and experience set in (as one hopes it will), my view broadened from an idea of self to the desire to serve and encourage others as they navigate through their own challenges and journeys. With that in mind, I pursued a Masters of Physical Therapy and went on to Serve, Encourage, and Advocate for Cancer Survivors and Geriatric Clients for over 20 years.
