I personally do not write reviews but feel the obligation to do so to warn buyers and also provide feedback to this person who chose a career of service and does not seem to like what she does.  Buying a house is a very sensitive and special moment, we were the buying party of the negotiation and Leslie Reed was the agent representing the seller. The day of the closing, escrow company confirmed they had released to record and our realtor informed us we were officially the owners of the house. (We literally knew only what our realtor told us, that is the reason we had a realtor, we did not know the process and are first homebuyers). The news informed that because Washington state entered a shelter in place order there was going to be a curfew at 5:30 pm since we were overexcited, we ran with the help of friends to enter the house and at least set down stuff so the truck could be returned. When my husband parked the truck, immediately Leslie Reed’s car parked behind, her first phrase was: “What do you think you are doing?” In the worse attitude and threatening that our realtor could lose his license, she informed that until the record number was provided we were not the owners nor could move. We understood and agreed, talked to our realtor who clarified we had to wait for the record number and then he was going to provide the passcode numbers, he instructed us to wait outside so we left for a walk. 40 minutes after, our realtor calls us stating the numbers were ready and that now I had to start a hunt for the keys.  Leslie Reed profiled us, she hid the keys under a rock on the side of the house. Using instructions I had to go find the keys to enter our new house. The reasons why she denied the entrance we respect but the way she profiled us and hid the keys like we were either going to enter the house forcefully, or we were unable to listen to her instruction is not a service I would recommend. I do not feel for 40 minutes she should have made us go through such a frustrating and embarrassing moment. I do need to clarify that when she let us know we couldn't enter, although it was not in a respectful way we understood, rules are rules, but hiding a key? It was our special day and a person that dedicates her life to serve people should serve and not denigrate. She saw my husband, his English pronunciation isn’t perfect so she clearly decided to go for racism and discrimination hiding the key and leaving without even letting us know.  Was it that necessary to go to this extreme and treat people as they are inferior, incapable or less educated? I would never want to be represented by a person like her, based on what we evidenced of her, I can imagine what she can do to other people while representing me. Choose someone who you feel identified with, choose someone who will provide the service to others like you would.  Please save the industry.
