Best real estate experience to date! Professional, no nonsense, get it done team. I would absolutely use them again. They constantly stayed in contact with me and I was kept up to date on everything gong on. They hosted an open house as well as an agent tour. They advertised in the appropriate places to ensure a quick sale for my relocation process.

I'm a firm believer is reading reviews before making a decision. I find product and hotel reviews extremely helpful in my decision making. I decided to contact Leslie after reading several excellent reviews of his service. I called Leslie to look at a house I wanted to sell, and he adjusted his schedule to meet me that day during the short amount of time Inwas available. I didn't believe it when he told me he only needed about a week to sell the home, but after a week on the market we had 7 offers above asking price. He knew the area very well, had access to buyers searching the area, and knew how to price the home to start a bidding war. He kept me updated, and promptly answered my questions. Escrow was a smooth process, and we closed in approximately 30 days. I normally don't give 5 star reviews since I usually have something to criticize. However, the transaction with Leslie was flawless, and he deserves the maximum rating. I also referred Leslie to my nephew who was having several problems with another realtor attempting to market and sell his home. less

My husband and I were very excited but the same time had no idea what we were doing. We did a little research but still very new. Jenn was extremely patient with us and very informative. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she showed us just that. Jenn even helped us with the mortgage side since again we were nervous. She helped ask the questions we missed. We met Leslie through our sister who he helped find them their house. After talking with him we knew right off the bat he understood what we wanted. Working with a local professional was so much help. On our third trip we found the perfect home at the end of a cul-de-sac and Leslie negotiated a great deal for us. We are super happy with our home!

Great Customer service! Leslie was the seller's agent for the property in which I had an interest. I called him to see the property and was promptly made an appointment. I knew the property would sell quickly as such I asked him if he could also represent me as buyer to expedite the sale. Leslie fairly negotiated the sale between myself and the seller as he understood and communicated our needs and with care and concern. Leslie kept me informed of the status and requirements at all times as this was a contingency sale for the seller I also needed to move quickly as my lease had expired on my apartment. Leslie and his assistant Delia were always available to help me and answer my questions and concerns. They either answered my calls and emails immediately or returned then promptly. They worked closely with my lender to complete the process. Their their knowledge and expertise were of great value in moving the sale process along. After sale follow up has been great, Leslie and Delia are still there for me.

We hired Leslie Wilson as our agent when we need to sell a property quickly. He did not disappoint us at all. The house was sold almost right away after the first open house. Leslie referred us an excellent stage artist which made the house look beautiful and comfortable. His team including his assistance Delia was professional and excellent. They always answer your questions right away. The escrow process was painless with their help. Leslie and his team was the right choice for us. We were very happy with their service. Leslie was also kind enough to help us dealing with a minor repair of a faucet problem before we put the house on the market. We really appreciate that extra help which saved us time and energy.
