Leticia was well informed about the legalities of removing a current tenant. She handled not one but two unacceptable offers on the property, always having our best interests in mind. She dealt with a tenant that did not feel compelled to vacate our property, and was there to insure the tenants left the property when they wanted to remain in the property beyond their final occupancy date.
