- Liane helped me buy a home
Liane helped us buy our first home. Seeing as I had no idea where to start or what to do, she made the process very easy for us. What I loved most about Liane, besides the fact that was super-friendly and professional, was that she really listened to us when we explained what kind of home we were looking to buy. She never tried to rush us, or pressure us to buy something we weren't sure about. We love our new home so much! We referred her to a friend of ours, and he also bought a home with Liane!

I'm a school teacher who recently bought my first home in August. I was originally referred to Liane by several friends who had great experiences with her. Eventhough my price range was a modest $100k, Liane was very attentive to me during the process. She met with me after work, drove me to each destination or promptly met me there (I looked at about 15 houses before I found my home!). She always returned my calls within 24 hours, and returned texts and emails usually within an hour or so. She really made a stressful process easy and fun, and always encouraged me to keep looking, keep up with paperwork, and find a home that best fit me! Thanks Liane!

Liane is truly the most professional, experienced, and well versed agent I have worked with in a long time. She sets real expectations. Kept me informed. Kept me in line..lol..she ensured I hit my deadlines as she kept her commitment to hit hers. Though selling my house took a bit of time, she escalated issues with the selling bank, ensure they honored their commitment, she continued to present comps for the fair market value for and then passionately fought to get it sold for that price. Liane is the best! You will never go wrong with someone who truly loves what they do.
