We responded to a property listing on Zillow, and we were promptly contacted by Libby Goodwin for a showing. Although we weren't interested in that particular property, we were impressed with the honesty, compassion, and professionalism we experienced in our first contact with Libby. Libby extended an offer to help us with our search and we decided to trust her. It was the best decision we could have made. Libby was attentive to what we were looking for, extremely knowledgeable of the various areas, and super efficient with providing quality homes and scheduling showings within the limited timeframe we were working with. Our search fell within the Christmas holiday, and Libby never dropped us neither before nor after Christmas. It felt as if she completely understood our urgency, yet she extended the patience necessary for us to weigh all of our options thoroughly. When we found the home we were happy with, Libby clearly explained what was needed in the application process and guided us through every component. Libby was with us throughout the entire process. Thanks to Libby, we found our new home before the end of December, and we finalized our contract in early January. We had three weeks to pack our home and we successfully moved into our new home two full days ahead of schedule! Our new home is everything we were looking for and more. We highly recommend Libby. If you don't have a lot of time to waste, and are looking for a dependable professional you can trust, you won't be disappointed in working with Libby!

She always was attentive to our needs and answered the many hundreds of questions we asked either in person, over the phone, or by text message. Libby gave us hope when we were at our most discouraged. She always looked out for our best interest. All said and done, I feel like Libby is part of our family because she gave us so much of her time and attention. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

We had lived in the same area for 10 years, and enjoyed spending our summer weekends at the Crystal Lake beaches. We decided we loved the area so much that we wanted to move there! Libby will go that extra mile for you. I called the agent and Libby answered. Within hours Libby was showing me various properties. Oh my goodness! Libby is an amazing realtor! She was so helpful, professional and helped me immensely on the sale of my house. It was a most difficult time for me as I was selling the house which my husband and I were to spend the rest of our years in. After his passing I waited 2 years and just couldn't bear to stay in our place any longer. Libby was extremely helpful in all the details and communicating what I needed to do in order to sale the house. She held open houses more frequently than I expected. She truly understood why I needed to sale. She even assisted me in locating a new place. What a great friend I have found in Libby.
