0/0 *ILLEGAL ACTIVITY* FORMAL COMPLAINT ARIA, LIDA(#415905) AND ORAZANI, SEYED REZA (#522844) for 1) violation of the Fair Housing Act by charging me and my roommate Pet Deposit Fee of $500 up front then and addition $50/month to rent price for a one year lease even though our pets are ESA Certified 2) Violated my quiet enjoyment of the property by having another tenant monitor, photograph and video my activities on the premises 3) refused to pay me earned commission on the unit ($1100) 4) refusing to return my security deposit ($1200) even though I only occupied the property for 31 days 5) refusal to repay prorated rent even though she forced me to vacate the property 6) serving me an early termination and asking me to vacate the property earlier than the date in which my rent is paid up to for fabricated violations that were not cited on the lease agreement and only giving me 3 day to find a new place to live 7) issuing a false eviction and claiming rent was not paid even though we had bank statement's showing rent had been paid promptly on the 1st of the month
