I feel it is my responsibility to share the reprehensible behavior upheld by Lihai and her team, specifically in defending Richard’s disgusting actions. This team has shown they care more about money than addressing the blatant sexual harassment I endured from Richard. Despite undeniable evidence of his misconduct, they continue to support and enable him, dismissing the harm he has caused. Richard’s behavior goes far beyond harassment. He has a documented history of domestic violence and has been charged with at least 5 to 6 DUIs, showing a pattern of reckless and abusive behavior. Furthermore, he openly uses racial slurs, including the N-word, refuses to rent to people with housing vouchers, and frequently mocks individuals of African-American descent, even referring to them as “monkeys.” This kind of blatant racism, discrimination, and abuse has no place in any professional setting, let alone in real estate, where people are supposed to feel safe and respected. Lihai and her team continue to stand by Richard despite knowing all of this, prioritizing their branding and financial interests over holding him accountable. This sends a clear message: their concern is not for the safety or dignity of their clients but for protecting someone whose behavior is reprehensible and damaging to others. If you care about integrity, fairness, and decency, I urge you to avoid this team at all costs. They do not represent the values of respect or accountability and have failed miserably to protect tenants from harm.
