We were relocating cross country with a limited time-frame, which made it even more challenging. Before we traveled to Las Vegas Lilly took the time to talk with us to match us to the best neighborhood. Only due to Lilly's excellent knowledge and willingness to help we were able to find our dream home in 4 days and close in under 30 days. Everyone from the builders, inspectors and lenders enjoyed working with Lilly throughout our process. From now on we will only buy a house where Lilly is licensed.[ link omitted ]

My wife searched online to find an agent from San Francisco online that could help us find a place in Vegas. Lilly came up on a google search and my wife emailed her, along with three other realtors that came up. Who replied first, Lilly! Lilly is attentive, caring, 'on it', and at the end of day part of our family in Vegas. She cares and is genuinely involved in the whole process, she knows what you need if that makes sense. We could never have bought a house 'sight unseen' per say, without a person like Lilly. She's is now our kids favorite auntie and lifelong family friend. She cares and will always be there to answer your emails, texts, or just pick you at the airport! No regrets, only praise for someone so amazing as a person and a professional... thank you Lilly!

She was available any time and was able to work with our crazy schedules and time differences. During our first interaction on the phone, Lily made us feel very comfortable as we were looking to relocate and had to fly in to be able to start our home search. Initially we discussed the entire house-buying process and told her about ourselves and what we were looking for. I appreciated how up front she was during that initial phone call as she told us what would be possible with our budget and what wouldn't be, she explained the ins and outs of the process. Her general attitude and approach was always Professional and she made us feel confident that she would be able to help us find the perfect home for our needs.Upon our first meeting in person she met us with a warm hug and her sincerity was even more evident as she had already sent us listings and recommendations of homes and was always available and quick to respond to our many, many emails, text messages and phone calls. Really, she NEVER made us feel like we were a bother; she was always upbeat cheerful and most importantly she ALWAYS returned our calls or answered our messages. She helped us narrow down our options and really figure out what we were willing to compromise on and what we weren't. We tried to research as many houses prior to her showing us homes so as to not have to look at so many houses, but Lily was already 10 steps ahead of us and would already do the same thing. Even when we went back home and had not found a home, yet we would receive listings via emails late at night when we thought she should have been resting. Lily REALLY WORKED Hard for us. A couple of days after arriving back home, she sent us a listing that seemed to be the Perfect fit. We made the call to Lily and She was quick to respond and go over to the home and Video Record the home as she walked through. With her expertise on knowing the market she was able to negotiate the best possible deal on the purchase of the home. With her guidance, we were able to make an offer and close on our dream house within a few weeks and navigate the potentially overwhelming pile of paperwork and logistics associated with home ownership. We couldn't have done it without her and would happily recommend her to anyone and everyone, not only for her real estate expertise, but because she is a Kind, Honest, sincere Professional and her commitment and dedication to her work shows.
