This is my first time buying a home and I don't know much about the process but Limarys Hernandez is doing a great job helping me every step of the way. Currently pleased with all the knowledge she knows about the business and her help in finding a home perfect for me. Thank you for all the help!

Limarys was amazing we talk about our dream house and she make it real. She work with us from beginning to end, educate us and advise. Now we can enjoy of our dream house as a happy family.

Limary was always very nice and helpfull. She makes sure to make it stress free!! I listen to my request abd focus in my needs. She has taken me to see mltiple homes and sge has been very patient with my picky request. She is very honest and I can tell she wants me to buy the house I really want. Let me start by saying Limarys helped me buy my very FIRST home during an incredibly stressful time for me. I was going through a heart-wrenching breakup, I was working long hours, and I had zero-idea what I was doing. Limarys was very understanding, and showed a lot of patience with me. She is very knowledgable; she answered any (and every) question I had. She took the time to go through the various paperwork I had to sign (and there is a LOT to sign), and she explained every last detail. Even when there was something I did not understand, she would re-explain until I was comfortable I understood the material. Another GREAT thing about Limarys is that she showed me homes that were REALISTICALLY within my budget. She never tried to sell me something I couldn't afford. She asked me all of the right questions, and she knew exactly what I was looking for. Limarys responds to emails, texts, and phone calls very quickly and frequently. This was very important to me. Communication is one of her top priorities. She's very personable and easy to talk to. Her high-energy and charismatic personality made buying my home very comfortable, easy-going, and fun. Best of all, she's HONEST. She told me what I NEEDED to hear, NOT what I WANTED to hear. This was very important to me. I didn't want to get someone who was going to lie to me to get a quick sell. She freely shared her knowledge, past experiences and opinions with me, and remained very real and upfront through the whole process. Limarys knows English and Spanish fluently. Not only is Limarys a great professional, but she also DEFENDED me when dealing with banks and other companies. Anytime she caught something fishy or not fair towards me in the contracts, she would immediately bring it to my attention, told me what's going on and why it's relevant, and then handled it quickly and appropriately. I think the most important thing to take away from this review is that she really cared about what I wanted for my home. She did not feel that her job was complete until she knew I was happy with the home that I chose. I find this to be a rare quality in people these days. I highly recommend Limarys

You can tell she has a lot of experience in this field because she handled my situation with ease (which I thought would be difficult). She put my needs first and seek best interest for me.
