She quickly understood our needs and went the extra mile to make sure we had a clear understanding of the market and the value of the homes that were available. She helped us find the perfect house for us at a competitive price. She also is a tireless worker, we were doing an international move from halfway around the world, and Lina was available for what felt like 24/7. We appreciated her attention to detail, her honesty, and her experience. She has a good understanding of her clients, their styles and whats important to them, and shes very open and trustworthy.She also helped us in getting more settled into our new community with lots of great recommendations of people to work with. Would highly recommend!

She actually was our realtor when we bought our first home and was there to sell it 6 years later. Within those 6 years, we consulted Lina on updates we did, she kept us up to date in the market, she let us know what we could do to really add value to our home (& what we could pass on!).When it comes to buying or selling, Lina is your biggest advocate- she truly is part of your "team." You will never, ever, feel like she's trying to sell you a house- there is zero pressure from her. Lina made the entire process seamless- she does SO much behind the scenes that you're not even aware of.Outside of that, she knows literally everyone- the inspectors, the brokers, the neighborhood, the community- she knows the neighbors on almost every street in Oak Brook! When we were new to Oak Brook, she really helped explained each subdivision and what to expect- and she is brutally honest- which we couldn't be more thankful for. Lina is more than an agent at this point- she is a friend and someone we trust.We have told so many that she is the real estate guru and she's the best person to be negotiating on your behalf.Trust her and trust the process. You'll be so happy you did!

Lina is professional, knows all the details and backstories on every house and is amazing at negotiating the purchase price / credits. She found us exactly what we wanted at an amazing price.
