- Linda B listed and sold my home
Used Linda on two separate occasions: one for purchase and one for selling the home. For buying, Linda did excellent. For selling, I had a very difficult time. Linda provided a subcontractor's number for move-out cleaning without properly vetting the vendor. The vendor ended up being a scam and left me out of $500 out of pocket. Linda denied ever having recommended the vendor and said the simply providing the phone number to the vendor was not "recommending" them.
