We were supposed to meet another agent that day, but got stood up -- and she took us on. She pulled a number of places from the system that fit our ideals. I have used Lindas services in both buying and selling a home. I found Linda to be very easy to work with as she is very knowledgeable about the market area, market conditions (pricing), what needed fixing and possible improvements on potential homes, what needed to be fixed, what didnt, and how to stage a home when selling. She provided a lot of useful information, yet was never pushy. It took my wife and I almost 18 months to find our present house and only about 22 days to sell the old house (and for a few thousand dollars more than asked due to bidding competition in June of 2008!). I have known Linda for close to 30 years, before she even became a Realtor. We stayed in touch after she moved from Lansdowne. She has seen my family grow from my generation to the next, and she has remained a friend and a great resource when we needed to move.My first experience with Linda as my Realtor was for my purchase of a house in Plymouth. After months of looking at dozens of houses, I asked her to just preview the homes and call me if she found one. She phoned me one day, saying: "I think I found you the house" She did.I do not know about other Realtors but when it was time to sell my Plymouth house, Linda helped me paint, power wash, get contractors and get my house ready for sale. I asked her if she did this for everyone and she said "Heck, no". She lied. I happen to know situations where Linda does the same for people who trust her as a friend and professional.
