I have lived in Cedar Rapids my entire life. This is a great community to live, work and raise a family. My husband and I have raised three beautiful children here. We like the friendly people, things to do and close proximity to several larger cities. I pride myself on being an expert in bringing home buyers and sellers together throughout Cedar Rapids and it's surrounding communities. First time home buyers are always a joy to assist as they learn the ins and outs of their first home purchase. Forming a long time relationship with these buyers is something I look forward to. Short sales have also been an area where I have been able to reach out to home sellers in need of assistance before the slip into a foreclosure situation. Whatever the case may be I am willing to help out. I treat people how I like to be treated and respect their wants while addressing their needs.
