Linda Courtney

Linda has been a realtor for 21+ years. Prior to Real Estate sales she worked in commercial sales for 25 years. She is an active member in the Beaver Creek Area Board of Realtors where she has served as director for multiple years. Linda was named 2005 Realtor of the Year by BCABR. She has earned the Ohio Association of Realtor’s President’s Million Dollar Sales Award consecutively since 2005 to present. Besides her Husband Wade, she has one son, Kevin who Owns “Kevin’s Clipper Cuts” in Columbiana, daughter in-law Nikki a dental hygienist. Linda loves spending time with her three grandchildren, Matthew, Brooke and Luke; who are very active in United Local school sports and activities. Her Hobbies include, golfing, car cruising, watching drag racing and above all meeting people who want to fulfill their “DREAM” of home ownership.
