Linda Genzano

Linda Genzano sold me a condo at Beaver Hill Condominiums in 2015. Linda Genzano has a major conflict of interest with her relationship with Beaver Hill Condominiums. She not only lives there, but she is also serving on the Council at Beaver Hill. She does what suits her best. She is great when she is selling you a unit, she will tell you what you want to hear, but once the sale is final, she is nowhere to be found. She uses her position on the board to get what she wants and she is vindictive, spiteful and small minded. She treats people at Council meetings with disrespect and often makes faces behind their backs. It is childish. I have seen her do this on several occasions. There are a lot of problems at Beaver Hill. You are best not to buy there, but for sure you should work with someone that does not have a conflict of interest as she clearly does.
