I cannot say enough good things about working with Linda Hilbert regarding the sale of my home. Her professionalism and attention to detail are beyond compare. I listed my home on a Wednesday and was sold by Sunday. We had looked at all of the marketing materials and cost analysis studies and priced the home perfectly. We broke the record for highest sale price in the area for the size of the house. She fielded all of the calls and helped with all of my accommodations to show the house because I have four dogs. In my particular situation, I was moving across the country and would not be present to take care of the several things that came up during inspection. Linda found me some very qualified, and affordable professionals to take care of anything that came up. The sale went off without a hitch in less than 30 days. I wish I could have used her to buy my new house in New York State. I give my highest recommendation for Linda Hilbert.

I didn't know a half-million dollar transaction could be so easy. When our sellers agent was MIA for them, they called Linda, and of course she was there for them too.
