It was a pleasure to work with Linda Jolly. She has an extensive knowledge of Northport and East Northport and even took the time to drive my boyfriend and I around both towns so that we could become more acquainted with them as well. Whether it was informing us about houses that fit our criterion as soon as they hit the market or showing us houses on weekends and other times that were convenient for us, Linda was always there and helpful in guiding us first-time buyers through the house-buying process. We highly recommend her!

Linda Jolly was very attentive to our needs when we were looking for an apartment/house rental. She did an excellent job of negotiating once we settled on a choice. Unfortunately we had to drop out due to a stall in our house-sale. I look forward to contacting her again once we sell our house (i wish she lived closer to us, i would love to have her working for us on this end of our process).

Linda Jolly Helped me sell an investment property that was totally destroyed by tenants and squatters. The house was beyond repair, she found me contractors, painters exterminators plumbers etc to get the house ready for market. When the refinancing company got back to us (after taking appraisal fees up front) with a ridiculously low number, I immediately called Linda.
