Linda Maud is very knowledgeable in her field of Real Estate in Palm Beach County. We feel she is not just an agent but has become a true friend and neighbor here at Baywinds.She keep us in the loop and was concerned that everything went well from the showing of homes to the purchaseing process to the closing.We were going to put a bid on a home that Linda had shown us and thar we viewed a few times but just before we were about to call her she called us to tell us a new home just now came on the market and would we be Interested? Of course we were and little did we know it would be just 5 homes away from my Father in laws home which he bought in 2005 .We really liked this home we put in a bid and it was accepted after a couple of back and forth negotiations with the price.
