Linda Shephard has been a real estate professional since 2009, serving the Great Lakes Bay Region. She became a broker in 2013. It did not take Linda long to realize her dream of opening her own Real estate company called Pinnacle Reality located on 6225 Gratiot Ave suite 1 Saginaw, MI 48638.
Linda brings her expertise and knowledge of the area by living in the Great Lakes Bay Region her entire life. Linda is very active within the Saginaw community, involved in such areas as the Saginaw Board of Realtors and the Saginaw Chamber of commerce.
Linda currently sets as the Saginaw Board of REALTORS Treasure. Where she also serves as RPAC chair and finance committee chair. Other committees Linda is actively involved in are, Membership service committee, MLS Committee, Grievance committee, and Golf committee.
Linda has positive attitude and enthusiasm for finding individuals the home of their dreams. She bends over backwards to make sure every transaction is smooth and stress-free, by helping people move into the next chapter of their lives.
