My husband and I (and our 3-year-old twins) worked with Lindsay for several months as we searched for a home in the Bedford, NY area. Her guidance and expertise were invaluable to us. Not only did she make the process of finding a home seem doable, she actually made it enjoyable. She treated our house purchase as if it were her own - when there were some potential issues with any part of the house, she would get three estimates/opinions, so that we would have an informed view; she solicited rough estimates for gardening, pool service, etc so that we could budget maintenance costs for the house; when we had the inspector over, she asked so many questions that I would not have thought of; when I had questions about tax assessment, she went to the local office and got us answers. I cannot say enough how dedicated and willing she was to get us the answers we needed for us to feel comfortable and good about our decision. She is so responsive and organized. Finally, she is just such a wonderful and cool person, we look forward to staying in touch with her. We are so grateful to have worked with her, she made our lives so much easier in this process!
