Lindsay Stevens was an absolute pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her and her team!! We had our house on and off the market for 7 years with several different realtors and became tenants in between to help us pay the mortgage. Being landlords were NEVER our intention. Finally, after signing with Stevens Realty, we had 5 offers in only 3 days!!!! We have now officially closed on our house and no longer have to deal with trying to sell it, being landlords, and keeping up with two mortgages! We cant thank them enough!! Stevens Realty is truly the best!

Lindsay helped us find and purchase a rental property in New Paltz. As a long time resident of the area her perspective was invaluable. My husband and I started our house hunting journey in April of 2018. Our budget wasn't the highest and the market was at an all time high. Lindsay worked with us to show us EVERYTHING we wanted to see. Houses on budget, over budget, land lots, and complete fixer uppers. We decided to go with the fixer upper route to ensure we would get a house that we could make into fitting all our needs. Though this was a bigger challenge for Lindsay, she never discouraged our vision. She was always the positive voice in our ears when we thought we would never find a house to call our own. She continued to show us homes weekly if not daily! We made an offer on a home in October and it was accepted ONE DAY later! Though the closing process took some time, Lindsay was always there to help guide us, answer any and all questions, and make calls to get the ball rolling. We are happy homeowner now as of March 27th, 2019! We are so grateful for Lindsay's hard work and dedication to us and our family. She is someone who truly loves what she does and it shows!
