My overall experience with Lindsey Carroll-Kimble was impressive and absolutely met all my expectations! She is passionate about her business and clients! I valued her professionalism, always kept me abreast of every showing and feedback. Lindsey provided such optimistic attitude through the entire process, I believe this is imperative when choosing a realtor. Selling and buying a home is very stressful but having the right agent makes a world of a difference. I have never worked with a realtor that is so dedicated and flexible to her clients; she was always a text away to answer any of my questions. I will definitely refer her to friends and family!

I had hoped to find a local agent who would advise me about the area and help me to make a good decision, and that's exactly what I found with Lindsey. She did a good job advising me of the pros and cons of each property, but did not push me in a specific direction. She also responded very promptly every single time that I called. I would definitely recommend her and / or use her again.

What made closing even more challenging was that I was also closing on another property simultaneously and she even assisted in keeping the lines of communication open with that transaction as well. By the way, I closed on both properties the week of Hurricane Laura!
