I'm from out of state and had concerns due to bad experiences with other realty companies under the same circumstances, but Lindsey and Bobby made it easy for me. They both listened to all my concerns, offered advice, and made themselves available; if one was occupied at the time I called, the other would call or text me immediately. I needed referrals for various vendors to do minor repairs, maintenance, and improvements and they referred me to great hard-working people that were responsible and charged very reasonable fees. They watch out for me and went beyond their responsibilities as realtors. I think they were more concerned about my spending that I was :). My house was under contract within 4 days in a multiple offer situation!! Excellent job guys! Thank you so much for your honesty and for making this a very pleasant experience

We could not have asked for a better team of realtors to work with! Great follow up and very personable. I remember the day Lindsey showed us our now home which I almost passed up because it was still homeowner occupied.. My husband and I were on our way there when she called super excited! It had everything we wanted and she couldn't wait to show us. When we got there and walked in Lindsey got goosebumps and said "This is your home"! Ladies and gentlemen it doesn't get much better than that. Her energy and personality are super positive and we are extremely happy that she was by our side throughout this process

There is not enough space to write how great of an agent Lindsey is. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure me the smoothest Home buying experience. Not only was she available at all hours but she would spend late hours to ensure that I got everything set to to close. Her knowledge of real estate is impeccable, and she has a bright future in this industry. I wouldnt trust anyone but Lindsey to purchase a home, as Im sure later down the road I shall be using her again as my agent if I buy any other homes.
