- Lino helped me buy a home
My family purchased a home from Lino Morejon (which he flipped and resold) and he was a less than satisfactory with how he turned over the house. I visited the buyer yesterday and he shared how Lino and his crew left trash everywhere both inside and outside the house, dirty floors that required deep cleaning, dented appliances and construction debris in a huge pile in the backyard. This person should be held liable for such things when selling a $700k house. I do not recommend doing business with this person.
