I would highly recommend Lisa! She was really phenomenal and made the process easy and efficient! She helped up sell our house for a top price, negotiate d with the buyers beautifully and then found us a perfect home at the same time and in a very timely manner! She listened, was supportive, knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and with us every step of the way. She explained the process and always kept us in the loop. She was always reachable and truly on top of things! I was so grateful to have her in our corner and as our realtor. I wouldnt want to go through this process with anyone else! She really knows what she is doing and does her job so well! She is beyond professional and we are so lucky to have met with her and trusted her. Shes the best!

Lisa is not only an amazing realtor, she is an amazing person! She is warm hearted, kind, articulate, smart, and you know that she definitely has your back. She not only knows her job like the back her hand, but she knows about all the moving parts when in comes to buying a home (ie. The attorney, lender, etc.) Lisa also has an arsenal of equally wonderful people that she surrounds her self with from exterminators, electricians, to painters. Lisa really went above and beyond for me, I felt like I hired my big sister! When i decided to sell my house, I did my due diligence on finding the best agent possible to sell my house. All roads led me to lisa. She is an amazing agent who gives you her honest opinion from day one. My house was priced right and sold above the asking price. Don't waste your time looking for someone else. From the start Lisa was professional and resourceful! Lisa gave us ideas to make the house more appealing to the seller and her photographer was fantastic. Lisa also showed her compassionate side when a couple of weeks into the process we had to pause everything due to a medical issue. It is a pleasure to recommend Lisa with the highest possible level of praise. I am not one who participates in surveys or social media posts. But if anyone is deserving of this, it is Lisa! We had an unusual buyer who was uncommunicative, evasive, and difficult. She was undetterrd when on more than one occasion the buyer yelled at her for problems that were his own. She was always professional, helpful and gave excellent advice. Lisa always made herself available no matter the time of day to give updates or answer questions. She took on duties far beyond her responsibility. Lisa's efforts are beyond compare and brought the sale to conclusion. I have doubts if that would have happened without her.

Lisa was a terrific realtor for the sale of our home. She worked hard to understand issues regarding the floodplain and building code requirements on the water.
