This is my second experience with Lisa selling homes. On each occasion her attention to detail with respect to marketing the property led to fast sales and prices at or above asking. If buying or selling a home in the future my first call will definitely be to Lisa. Marketing the property was far and away better than any experience Ive had with other realtors.

Truly amazing! Lisa was the ultimate professional from start to finish. She had sold a home close to us in only one day and worked closely with us through the process of getting our house ready to sell, showings, contract negotiation, and closing procedures. But what we appreciated the most was her commitment to us and our needs. Our questions were answered promptly and we felt our concerns were heard. She was our "Momma Bear"!

We have so enjoyed working with Lisa. We were having a very difficult time finding our first home. We had put multiple offers in and still werent home owners. We were very discouraged, that is until we meet Lisa. The day after she became our Realtor we had a house under contract. She listened to our needs and found us the perfect house for our family. She worked with us until 11pm on the night we put in our offer. Everytime I had a question or concern she addressed it immediately. She had great advice and recommendations. She put in a lot of time and effort pre-marketing my house and worked tirelessly on multiple offers, insuring I got the best one. While under contract we had a major issue come up and she handled it so well. It was a nightmare situation but Lisa managed to not only keep the transaction together but to make sure that I didn't have to come out of pocket very much.

I met Lisa quite by accident at the Chili Cook Off. She came to look at my home to give me its value. Having recently lost my husband I told her not to hound me but that I would let her know when I was ready to sell. She left me alone until I was ready. She knew I was alone and needed her guidance so she was there to walk me through the process. I appreciated that she understood and was there with me. Lisa knows the Mooresville market and she is fair and honest. I am most thankful she was put in my path to help me with the quick selling of my home (sold in under 2 weeks).She made me feel like she was really working for ME, she LISTENED!
