The experience I had working with Lisa Ancich was outstanding. I almost lost my previous house in a foreclosed situation. I was introduced to Lisa by my late wife’s daughter. Thanks to Lisa I was able to sell my house in Orange County. Lisa went to work in finding me a house in Moreno Valley that was within my budget. I still live in the house to this day. She knows her job and is well rounded with knowledge and experience. I would recommend her 1st to anyone that needs anything dealing with real estate. I know if I ever need someone to sell my house she would be the first one I would call.

The past few months have been a whirlwind. We decided to put our condo for sale in hopes of finding a single-family home to accommodate our growing boys, including the dog! As a couple, Chris and I are highly motivated to provide a comfortable home for our family. So thankful to have him as my partner for life. We needed to sell our mom's house and my siblings and I all live in different states. Lisa did a wonderful job of using the phone, e-mail and texting (whichever we preferred) to answer our questions and walk us through all the paperwork. She was patient, knowledgeable, and asked for our opinions. She never tried to push us into making decisions but when we asked for her opinion and told her to use her professional knowledge, she did an excellent job. If you have any reservations about retaining them for representation you really shouldn't. Lisa helped us with two transactions, one on the buy side the other was on the sell side and she was tremendous on both. Her attentiveness and attention to detail is way above most agents we have dealt with. She is also willing to go the extra mile - even when it's not needed. She is very personable and, to borrow a medical phrase, her "bedside manners" is incredible! I know who I will be going to for all my future real estate needs!!
