I cannot recommend Lisa enough, she was just such a pleasure to work with. From getting my place ready to sell, to taking care of last minute details before closing, she was a true professional. I had to move out of the area before my sale went through, but staying in touch with her was easy and she always got back to me quickly. She knows the ins and outs of real estate and will work to get you the best deal possible.

What a great experience has it been for us to work with Lisa! It took us quite a long time to (finally!) find our dream home. We have seen dozens of homes with Lisa. On quite a few of them she provided an insight for us to prevent us from wasting our time seeing them - she knew exactly what we are looking for. It took very little time for Lisa to calibrate the search criteria and to be on lookout for a home that suits our taste! We are located two counties away from Lisa... Yet the experience working with her has been seamless - she utilized video chat with us while visiting properties to show them to us. She recorded videos and sent our way when needed. She sent property information ahead of our visits with all the "pluses" and "minuses." She answered our calls and e-mails promptly. We are so glad that after so many months we finally found our dream home with Lisa in our own county - Whatcom! Once we located the home we finally felt good about - she worked FAST and DILIGENT to make sure our bid was the highest and best in a pool of 12+ offers! Lisa was a pleasure to work with. By the end of our home buying experience, she felt more like a good friend than simply our realtor. Lisa was always easy to get ahold of, as well as prompt and detailed in her responses. She went out of her way to make herself available to view homes at short notice. She was very motivated to help us find just the right home for our family, but never pushy. In fact, if she thought a home did not fit the criteria we had discussed, she would be the first to say so. Lisa's knowledge of and experience within the real estate market was particularly helpful to our family as first time home buyers. Every home we visited was a learning experience for me, as Lisa pointed out the pros and cons of various building materials and brought attention to faults and selling points of each property, as well as details that could affect the property's resale value in the future.After looking at many homes and finally finding "the one," Lisa was invaluable during the process of reviewing the details of the contract and helping us to feel comfortable with our understanding of the terms of this very large purchase. We ended up deciding on a newly constructed home, which complicated the process to some degree and allowed us far fewer options for backing out of the contract if we decided it wasn't for us. Without Lisa's knowledge and the help and explanations she provided, I don't know how I would have survived the nerve racking process.Lisa was present every step of the process once we were under contract with the builder of our home. She even joined us for our initial and final walk through, sharing our roll of blue tape and helping to spot any imperfections that needed to be corrected prior to closing.I am so grateful for Lisa's help throughout our home buying process. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor or a more positive experience. I recommend her without any reservations and with the highest regard.

Lisa is the best. Shes helped us purchase our home and 6 years later sell for *over* asking. She has so many great resources and really has made the process BOTH times as breezy as possible. She gives great insight without pressuring into decisions. I reccomend her to anyone searching for/ purchasing/selling a home
