It was love at first call! The moment I got off the phone, I knew working with Lisa, she would help us get our dream home. Lisa is truly an amazing realtor who will hear all your needs, walk you through the entire process (we were first time home buyers so we definitely had a plethora of questions for her!), gives her honest feedback, and also be there for you as a friend because honestly, home shopping can be a little stressful! She is truly a go-getter in all aspects! Shes extremely quick to respond, sets up viewings, sends you referrals (mortgage, attorneys, contractors), and is on top of everything from start to close! Shes literally an All-In-One package which we seriously could not have been more thankful for to have met her and be our realtor. Lisa co-ordinated the sale of our home in April 2023. We cant thank her enough for sharing her knowledge, expertise and amazing work ethic. Lisa was phenomenal! As first-time homebuyers she was extremely attentive to all of our random late night concerns and held our hand throughout the entire process. She strategized with us and always gave us her honest opinion. She immediately understood our needs when it came to buying a home, never wasted our time touring places that werent a great fit. She new the area like the back of her hand. Lisa fought hard for our home during a bidding war and with some sellers who were less than willing to negotiate. Lisa did an excellent job handling the sale of our house which was complicated by the fact that we were landlords and had tenants living in it at the time. And, to complicate matters even further, it was a long distance transaction because we live on the other side of the country, 2500 miles away. So, there was a lot of work for her to do coordinating with our tenants and showing the house to prospective buyers. She did an excellent job setting the price for the sale of our house. She also did a great job recommending things we needed to do to make our house look better, such as trimming some of the trees. She recommended a handyman who fixed a couple of minor problems. And her photographs of the inside and outside of our house were phenomenal. She really did an excellent job of staging the house. We found a buyer almost immediately after we listed it, for the full asking price. Most importantly, she kept us calm throughout the entire process. When we would become anxious, she would always respond to our anxiety in a calm, soothing voice, so we would know everything was going to be OK. There were a lot of extra things she had to do because we were not there. She did the final walk-thru with our tenants after they moved out. She had to be there for the cleaning people who got the house ready for the buyers. She had to spend half a day at the house with a junk crew who removed all of our stuff from the attic and the shed. And, finally, she had to do a walk-thru with the buyers prior to closing. So, to sum it all up, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We highly recommend her.

We had to move out our Bridgewater NJ house that we barely owned for two years within a month. It was a tough sale and messy relocation company to deal with. On top of that, it was right around holidays. Lisa has been very patient, attend to our needs. Shes not like those agents trying to sell your house as quickly as possible. She actually listened to us, had numerous open houses, always kept us informed with the status. As we were out of NJ during the sale, she had to take care of any fixing, inspections and miscellaneous appointments. She never missed any of them. We felt very safe and comfortable leaving our house with her. Without her, we are probably still waiting for our buyers now. We have been working with quite a few agents and she is the most helpful and attentive one. Highly recommended!

Lisa was the complete package. She held our hand from the initial thought of selling our home, all the way to after closing sale. In between, there were so many other positive things that Lisa did to help us through the process. To start, the house looked like a different place when Lisa was done staging it. To say the least, her staging worked, because our open house was on a Sunday and we had 8 offers and a contract of sale on the Wednesday after the open house. Furthermore, our home was sold at the very top of the market, for our development, and our final sale price was significantly above what we were asking for the house.
