If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and down to earth you have to contact Lisa Bertossa. She was exactly what we needed when we were buying our first house. There are so many ways that she excelled but I want to mention few things that really stood out: First, she knows the area. She knew where to find what we were looking for and was quickly able to narrow down our search. She could absolutely be an amazing realtor anywhere but her knowledge about Osceola county was invaluable to us. Second, her caring attitude. She took time to sit down with us and really understand what we wanted and why. She understood this could be a stressful time, and she was always quick to respond anytime we needed her and was always encouraging. During a process that can seem very overwhelming she was an anchor that kept us from feeling swept away. Thirdly, she not only cared enough to listen to us and our over abundance of questions, but she had the answers. We were buying our first house and knew absolutely nothing about the process or what we should expect, but she walked us through it step by step. Lastly, our mortgage broker kept telling us how amazing she was. Whenever the broker or the underwriters needed something, no matter the day or time she would have it to them within hours. She was absolutely the most wonderful person to work with and I know we wouldn't have our home if it weren't for her.

Lisa's professional and personal guidance ably taking us through the process to prepair our property for listing, showing and selling was priceless. She researched and explained to Betsy and me the comparasons of the neighborhood homes recently sold and advised us in determining our asking price. After receiving multiple offers Lisa guided to a tentative agreement to our acceptance of the best offer. We then embarked on the process of sorting through the \"for sale\" homes in the price range and neighborhoods in which we were interested. After investigating many prospective homes with Lisa, we made a bid on the one which best fit our dreams and needs. Our offer was ultimately accepted and we proceeded through the necessary requirements which smoothly led to the selling of our previous house and our closing on our new home finalizing both on October 28th. In hindsight, we can't imagine going through this process of selling and buying our homes without Lisa's able guidance AND patience with our ambivalence of choices and the emotional stress on her with which we continually assulted her with. I don't even know where to start. We pointed our daughter (first time home buyer) in Lisa's direction. Knowing she would find the perfect house, listen to her needs and not go beyond means. Lisa did exactly that. Within the first week of searching, she found the ideal dream home. When we went to look at it, the moment we entered the front door our daughter looked at us, we all thought the same thing. That was it and we don't even want to look at anything else. Lisa instantly wrote the contract and the sellers accepted. From start to finish her professionalism shined through, making the whole process enjoyable.
