Lisa was outstanding! We were first-time homebuyers and very green. She taught us so much, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. She really listened to what we wanted, and spent a lot of time finding houses that fit the bill. She was so responsive and understanding with all of our questions. We definitely wound up with a better house and a better deal because of all of her expertise. I always recommend her to absolutely anyone who asks!

Especially as a first time buyer, having Lisa as my realtor was just incredibly beneficial! She did an excellent "needs/wants assessment" early on the process to get a true gauge of what really mattered to me in terms of not only the residence, but the neighborhood and surrounding area. Lisa was incredibly detail-oriented, and her strong communication and relationship building skills were helpful in negotiating with potential sellers. After one place didn't work out due to issues with the residence which the seller wasn't willing to fix, Lisa took it to heart and had identified multiple other options within 24 hours! We ended up with a townhouse exactly like what we were hoping for, in a great neighborhood and community we didn't even know existed! Thank you, Lisa!!!!
