- Lisa showed me homes
Did not care about anything requested on our home, did not respond to the installers and wrong tile installed, my second decision on grantite was installed because she did not get back to installer until a month later, she tried to make me feel like I did not notice it right away, when I was not even there when it was being istalled called the installer and he said they tried contacting Timberland several times and no return phone calls, made complaint to owner and there was no concern from him either...…. buyer beware!!!!! they don't care!
