Lisa Evans

Lisa is a native of South Carolina, growing up in Columbia. Lisa has worked in the real estate industry for most of her career. She has consistently been a top producing agent in the area, closing over $100 Million in sales throughout her career. Her focus has been on the luxury home market working primarily with second home owners, retirees, and baby boomers. She has also had the privilege of working with active duty and retired military. Lisa believes in the importance of listening to her clients and learning what their goals are. She also believes that over the years, she has developed a keen understanding of the Beaufort and surrounding markets. In doing so, she is able to help educate her clients so they are able to make informed decisions when investing/buying and/or selling their homes. Lisa attended Converse College and graduated from Columbia College. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, boating, gardening, reading, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.
