When we decided to sell our first home, we knew right away that Lisa Fitzgerald was the perfect real estate agent for the job. Although we thought our house was ready for the market, she walked through it and made some recommendations for quick, bright updates and boy did they pay off! One of my concerns with selling a home was how to keep a house show ready with a toddler and pets, but I didn't need to worry about that for very long. Lisa put together the most beautiful feature packet highlighting all of the work we had done to our home and really got the word out there. Our first open house was scheduled just a few days after we listed it and it was packed, even in the pouring rain. We immediately had multiple offers come in, all of them were at or above asking price! Our house sold very quickly for way more than we ever thought it would before hiring Lisa! Lisa also helped us find our new forever home in the perfect neighborhood. She helped us negotiate and worked very closely with the other Realtor, which kept us in the right place at the right time for the opportunity of a lifetime. Both transactions went smoothly, though we knew Lisa was behind the scenes making it all come together so seamlessly. Lisa was not only invested in our future, but our family as well. She kept our family needs in mind throughout the entire process, working around toddler nap times, making herself totally available to us which made us feel like we were working with a friend. Even our dog looked forward to our visits! We don't plan on going anywhere now that we found our forever home, but we can't recommend Lisa enough.
