I had a wonderful experience with Lisa Gamble and enjoyed working with her on the sale of my home. She helped me understand the contracts in a patient and professional matter. Lisa treated me with respect and enthusiasm as we hurdled a few road bumps along the way. Besides all of that, she was fun to work with and if you're looking for a great realtor with lots of experience, you could not do better. Lisa not only knows the market, but negotiates strongly for her side, anticipates problems before they can occur and never takes her eye of the ball. I certainly enjoyed working with Lisa on the sale of my home.

Idaho is a much harder market to sell a house in then you would think, I know because I tried. I tried to sell my house by owner and failed and thank goodness Lisa came along. She has a confident, calming effect with people and has very good negotiation skills. She stays up on all things to do with real estate and is very serious about her job, this is not a hobby for her like it is for so many others.
