Poor. No negotiation skills. Stated she lives i neighborhood but never said a word about the extensive history of criminality in the house, and fact that house was "flipped" The lawns died yard infested with oriental bittersweet. Walls dented, , dents hidden using matte paint. When I wanted railings she sided with the seller. She allowed me to pay about 8 -10,000 over value of house.
