For the last two years, Lisa has stuck by my husband and I as we searched for a new home. Already in a condo we lived somewhat comfortably in, we were looking for very specific features in a new home. Lisa never gave up on us. We went to numerous open houses and searched online daily. Lisa knew our family and gave great advice on home features, neighborhoods and market values. After two years of searching on and off, Lisa found us our dream home! I never wouldve picked up on this house if Lisa didnt suggest it. We quickly put our condo on the market and Lisa found our buyer in 1 month. The process of selling and buying a home all at once was crazy but Lisa held our hands through the whole process. It was Lisas commitment to us, her professionalism and market knowledge coupled with her wonderful, caring personality that made the experience quite easy and pleasant. My husband and I met Lisa at an open house where she was the seller's agent. Although that particular house was not right for us, we knew that Lisa was. We were planning on putting our house on the market and we knew Lisa would be the perfect agent. She is extremely friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Our house was a tricky sale; it was small and on a very busy road. Lisa stuck with us and helped us with marketing and price adjustments. With every piece of advice we knew that Lisa had our best interest at heart. We knew that she put her herself in our shoes when making suggestions and there was never any pressure to make decisions. At the same time, Lisa helped us find our new house. She was objective and supportive throughout the entire process. When both offers were accepted, Lisa's support was phenomenal! Lisa was able to recommend local and reliable contractors, plumbers, inspectors, mortgage brokers, and lawyers. She took care of the majority of the process. In fact, while we were away on vacation, Lisa ran to Lowe's to pick up the new fire detectors and installed them for us so we would pass inspection. We cannot thank Lisa enough for all she did for us. We closed on both houses on the same day and there was not one glitch in the process. Both closings were quick and easy. We credit that entirely to Lisa's attention to detail and knowledge of the process. Lisa is an excellent agent who we now consider a good friend! Using Lisa as a listing agent and a buyers agent we can tell you that she is excellent at both jobs and she always has her clients best interest in mind.
