  • Lisa helped me buy a home

She was out classed by the sellers agent. I believe they were playing games with us and she was not up to speed on so much, that they got the better of us in the end. She put in the wrong amount for our counter-offer, which cost us and additional $5000.00. There were other things as well, but it has been six years now, so I can't remember it all.

    • Lisa helped me buy a home

She told me I could only buy inside city limits because of the type of loan I was getting, we found our home ourselves and she encouraged us to put in a bid for more than the buyer was asking. (5000.00 more) The inspector who also sucked said we had to have the house painted due to lead based paint which they wanted to paint in February and I said no so they set up an escrow to do it later in the year. Lisa told me I had to have her husband paint it because he put in a bid and one other guy did but the other guy went way high cuz he didn't want the job so the husband paints the place and he's going up, down, back and forth and diagonally stopping just short of going in circles. Job was so bad the inspector wouldn't sign off on it and after so many trips out to the house the dude calls the inspector and has him meet him at my place so I get home and here's the inspector telling the idiot where to slap a bit more paint! I was like are you kidding me?! So insp. signs off but I wouldn't so they started to threaten me with lawyers n such so I wrote signed under duress which they weren't happy about but it didn't matter because I complained to several entities and got no help because I couldn't cough up any money cuz I just spent all my money on a house! The whole experience was horrible, I had to go sign the papers alone cuz she was too busy to show up. I will never recommend her to anyone, not even my worst enemy.I'm sure I could go on if I thought long enough or dug out the complaints I filed but obviously I was not happy with the experience in the least. Incidently, her idiot husband got over 1000.00 for basically screwing me over. The paint job was the worst even the insp. said so but he was so lame he got tired of coming out and just signed off on it which he is a whole nother joke of a business man as far as I'm concerned. Only half our houses electricity works and the other half isn't grounded and all he would have had to do was plug a little tester in to determine that but when your in the business of screwing people over in the least amount of time possible what can ya do.
