Lisa is simply the best realtor we have ever encountered in over 25 years of home ownership. She found a very convenient house for us to rent when we first moved to Stevensville on Kent Island that we since have rented for 4 years. And then the fun really began. We asked her to help us find a horse farm, and for 4 years, she took us all over Maryland in search of the perfect farm. Some were too big, too small, too old, one had a weird neighbor, and a few seemed haunted; some looked perfect, and we started to sign contracts and then, No, already sold or just not right. Through it all, Lisa was professional, patient, and knowledgeable and always showed us properties that met the criteria we had discussed. She has an excellent understanding of all kinds of real estate issues related to farms, some of which we did not know anything about. And if she didnt know the answer to a question we asked, she knew someone who did. As well as very strong technical knowledge, she has absolutely superb communication and people skills. For example, one of the realtors we dealt with was very abrasive; Lisa could always find a way to get through to him and keep the sale moving forward (and parenthetically keep one of us from yelling at him through the cell phone). And when at last we found the perfect farm, on its last day of its listing, and many problems arose, Lisa kept her professional calm. And Lisa made the sale happen from the negotiations to the lender, the inspections, the title search, and the closing. And the closing was the best one we have ever attended. It was a very happy occasion. I dont think we could have found this wonderful farm or managed the sale without Lisa. We appreciate all the time and energy she spent on us
