My husband and I received notification that we would be moving from England back to the US shortly after the pandemic began. We had a home in Maryland but would be relocating instead to Connecticut. We've moved quite a bit in our married life, with moves stateside and internationally, and Lisa is the most caring and informative realtor we've worked with throughout our moves. Our daughter referred us to Lisa Ogren when it was time to sell our home. Lisa and her staff did an excellent job of obtaining comparable sales information, staging the house for viewing, having a photographer prepare photographs of it and preparing a sales notebook and brochures. The response was over 40 requests to visit the home and it was sold in a little over two weeks for more than was had asked. The house is located on a busy four-lane highway which added to the challenge. Lisa and her staff are wonderful to work with and are results oriented. We would refer anyone who is planning to sell a home to her.
