I have been selling Real Estate for over 15 years. I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a Certified Negotiation Expert, a Certified Global Marketing Agent, and a Certified Residential Specialist. I am also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a member of the Global Marketing group, and a member of the Council for Residential Specialists. I am currently working in a team environment as the team lead over two other agents. I am currently listed as one of the top 500 agents in the state of Texas for 2016. Also in 2014, our team, The Pender Blake Team, was listed as the top 20th team out of all the RE/MAX teams in Tarrant county. Our team has received numerous awards and are consistent top producers. We specialize in luxury to mid sized homes, relocation, and investment properties. We work in the Northern part of Tarrant County, the Southern part of Denton County, and do other areas by special request.
