She did not become deflated when the first offer fell through nor did she jump at the second offer which did not add up in her mind nor mine (we passed). Needless to say the 3rd offer came quickly afterwards which we accepted and closed. Lisa had a list of handy men and service contractors who assisted with the little items after the inspection. We were searching for a second home in a crazy market where homes were listed and sold within 24 hours. Lisa worked tirelessly with us and made herself available regardless of the day of week or hour of the day to arrange showings. She put in a few offers on different places, got one accepted and guided us through the inspection process where many issues were found. She negotiated on our behalf for repairing the inspection issues but the seller wanted to provide credits for the estimated cost of repairs. Lisa could have closed the deal or tried to by telling us to move forward. She knew that would not be a good situation for us and chose our needs over closing a deal. Our situation changed and we had to hold off on our search for a while.
