If you are on the fence and interviewing a number of agents, I'm going to tell you to stop right here, and just go with the Sablehaus team. I had a difficult experience selling my home. I had to sell at the worse possible time with 4 of the exact same models up for sale. Lisa helped us select a competitive price, and we got the first offer in the neighborhood at that time. However, I had the first time home sale jitters, and I was unsure if I should go through the sale. Lisa immediately pulled my listing, didn't put any pressure on me and remained congenial and friendly. I couldn't believe it. In the meantime I changed my mind and wanted to sell.
