We had the pleasure of working with Lisa on our first home purchase last year. As first time homebuyers we were nervous, overly excited and slightly overwhelmed at times, but working with Lisa was the one thing my husband and I were 100% happy and confident with through the entire process. She is absolutely amazing!Lisa took the time to explain everything to us, truly listened to what we were looking for and went to bat for us big time in the contract/negotiation stage. The home we purchased was a foreclosed bank-owned home and we ended up in a blind bidding war, but Lisa worked her magic and expertise and got us the home! If we hadn't worked with Lisa, I am pretty sure we would have lost the home. We never felt pressured at anytime and when we needed advise she guided us in the right direction. She is immediate to respond to questions and is extremely organized, which was very important to us. Her attention to detail also made everything smooth sailing from our first conversation to the final document signing. She also took a lot of time out of her schedule to show us multiple listings and was always great about working with our crazy schedules to meet us.All in all we couldn't have had a better experience and a better person to be our realtor. I would highly recommend Lisa to my family and friends as I know they will be in great hands. Lisa was so great to work with! The market is tough right now, and she patiently worked with us through a number of offers until "the one" finally worked out. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but not pushy. She wants you to fall in love with the house and doesn't try to "sell" you, but is ready to answer any questions you have or give advice when asked. I was also very impressed with how responsive and timely she was. If/when we ever buy or sell -- we will definitely be using Lisa and recommending her to any friends searching for a real estate agent!

Lisa has been very professional. If we find situations with questions, she has an answer or will find the answer. She is very accommodating on scheduling to view properties that fits our schedule. She is a honest agent that will always let us know if she doesn't know the answer. We sold and bought a home with her this year, and now we are pursuing another purchase of a home for investment reasons. She is great and we will recommend her to anyone.

Lisa is great! One of my biggest concers was being able to see homes as soon as they came on the market. It was a non-issue with Lisa. She was almost always available when we needed her. She's also very patient. Don't remember exactly how many homes we looked at, but it was upwards of 100. She always had a smile and made the search process fun.
