We really enjoyed working with Lisa. Lisa took the time to understand what we were looking for and would check in to make sure that she was showing us the right homes. When we would view homes Lisa would give us the room to check out the home ourselves and form our own opinions. We really appreciated this approach. Once we had formed our opinion she was good about pointing out any issues she thought we should be aware of so that we were able to make an informed decision. When it came time to make an offer Lisa stayed on top of all the details. She made sure that all of the necessary components were moving along so that that we could reach our closing date. We really enjoyed working with Lisa.

Lisa was amazing! We moved from out of state and had no clue about the Yulee/Fernandina Beach area. Lisa helped us focus in on a few areas that were exactly what we were looking for and then found us our perfect home! If you are relocating/moving to this area, do yourself a favor and contact Lisa!

5 stars plus. Lisa was more than polite, professional and persistent (the 3ps). She followed through, timely, kept us posted of all activity with the listing, which was very well presented. She understood and dealt with the nuisances of the property history. She was willing to list the property overpriced, which helped it sell for 15k more than any hoped for price, or comps.. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a realtor.
