Without hesitation, Lisa Trace is our # 1 choice for a valued agent. She embodies integrity and compassion for her clients. We feel grateful she represented us with her knowledge and perseverance in the sale of our home. As well as finding the perfect new home. Lisa's most valued genuine trait is her dedication to her clients. She loves her job and it shows!!!!

Lisa is among the best realtors I've ever met. She's bright and resourceful, hard working and responsive. And a very nice person too! Highly recommended.

Lisa worked tirelessly for us in the sale of our home. She has tremendous follow through and energy. She is a real pro and we highly recommend her!

Lisa is an extremely dedicated and honest broker. She has done 2 transactions in 2 years for me and I could not be more satisfied with her work. Even when things got very complicated and frustrated for me, she always kept on working and eventually was able to get it done. I will always go to her for all my real estate needs and I will most definitely tell everyone I know who is looking to use her and rest easy that it'll get done.

Lisa Trace is amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our entire experience

Lisa Trace has been working with our family for years. She responds immediately to our questions, offers appropriate advice, a true professional.

Lisa is the most professional real-estate agent I have ever worked with. She available almost 24x7.

Lisa Trace is the quintessential realtor!! Do NOT think twice. Have Lisa sell your home and/or find a new home for you! Beyond her outstanding professional ability, she is a truly beautiful human being and one we are delighted to now call our friend.

Lisa was a fantastic agent. She was professional and proactive! She made the sale of our house go smoothly, and kept us in the loop the entire time. Even though she represented us as a dual agent, I never felt that she took sides. Always kept everyones best interest in mind. I have already referred her to a family member who is now using her to sell their home. We couldnt be happier!!

Lisa was very patient with us and spent over a year taking us to see houses. There were several 7 hour days of looking at over 30 houses. She was amazing!

I love Lisa's personality, demeanor, ability to get jobs done efficiently, keeps me calm.

During my family's recent corporate relocation from Houston to Chicago I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa for an introduction to Chicago's North Shore communities. I found Lisa to have a wealth of information on the North Shore from the perspective of both a seasoned real estate professional as well as a long-time resident. Lisa arranged very efficient and thoughtful tours of several communities to make the most of the limited time I had available. Within a span of two days I came away with a strong feel for what makes the North Shore such an appealing area as well as toured several homes that met our specific search criteria. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to purchase a home in the North Shore. She is a true real estate professional and a pleasure to work with.

Lisa Trace is the best works for you not with you made sure all needs were met

Lisa has been an active and attentive agent. Her grade is excellent! Unfortunately, we are in some difficult times, but even in these difficult times she has not given up and remains creative.

Wow, what a pro. Lisa goes above and beyound what most real estate agents bring to the table. She is smart, attractive, thoughtful and full of laughter. She has been a delight to work with AND, she sold our home in 6 days.

Lisa is great. She is professional, experienced and well-informed. I would recommend her to anyone. 5 Stars (Maybe 6)

very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable.

We highly recommend Lisa Trace of Griffith, Grant & Lackie, Lake Forest, IL. We were in need of a realtor to sell our home in a very difficult market and walked into GGL to begin our search for an agent. Lucky for us, the lovely Lisa Trace was working in the office that day and immediately understood our position as seniors needing to downsize and find a suitable smaller residence. Lisa's extensive knowledge of the market to correctly position our property resulted in a sale in several months. She found a wonderful smaller property and was a huge asset regarding the many contractors needed for an estate sale, move, handyman, and the detailed paperwork process including getting a transfer tax rebate! One could not ask for more patient, detailed, diligent work in a real estate agent. Lisa Trace is the GO TO GAL in Lake Forest!

working with lisa is always a joy. she has helped me with both rentals and sales in my work as an real estate attorney and landlord. Lisa has always been prompt, all ways on top of things. and ready with the next step. She takes on your problems . What more can a person ask? GRADE EXCELLENT.
