Lisa Trexler is an amazing.....I hate to even use the word agent....prefer: partner. We have bought and sold two homes with her and she is truly one of the best of the best. She knows the market, got to know us and really became our partner in both ventures. Giving good counsel, backing her thoughts and guidance with facts. Never pushy--only thoughtful and inclusive. I have recommended her to several friends already and she even helped a neighbor get way more for their house than their realtor would have (!). My favorite thing is Lisa doesn't do "rote" marketing or wait for buyers to come to her--she is super proactive and creative in her approach. Talk to her before you make a decision who to list with. Trust me it will be worth you while.
